#2220 MINe checking in the correct way, finally

What is crack-ing?
Any one else still get giddy when they get in their car?:excited:
I recently acquired a 1994 Legend Coupe a.k.a. the KA8 LS a.k.a. Flo, my dream car.
I have wanted one of these rockets ever since I got dusted in my 5.0 by a granny, and my fifty was no punk-1983 5.0 GT 4speed RAP, 4.10 rear end, interceptor 302 bored 30 over, loping cam, cobra heads and a 1250cfm Holley Quadra Jet sitting on top like a cherry. I wasn't trying to race until she zoomed past me going up US50 east, going up the hill after Folsom. I could not catch that broad, and I really tried. That was the first time I ever took notice of the Legends and they stuck.
I bought it from a "private party", paid $2600, it has almost 300,000 miles on the odometer, but the engine has less than 75,000 ... that's just broken in for a jhm right? The engine compartment is immaculate, the body is sexy (except for a few dings and a real bad paint job, but that's covered), and the interior is WRECKED(the inside of the trunk is very clean though, no damage from car audio hacks). Aforementioned "private party" tortured this poor car when they were in it(small stuff like cig burns in the headliner, torn seats, broken cup holder, driver door wont open from the inside, passenger seat will not adjust.. nuisances), they butchered in an OK deck(a Panasonic DVD but thats coming out soon, i just need a good wiring diagram and a clear day on the calender), and left about an eighth scattered through the car(YAY..if it weren't brown).
I have plans to keep the exterior looking pretty stock, maybe a bigger wheel size. I know very little about these engines and what options i have, I am happy with the power and performance so far.. like I said, giddy. The interior of this vehicle will be modified to the sky! Competitive audio, a console PC (maybe integrated tuning), a heads up display... I haven't fully decided because i have not opened her up to see what space I am working with.
The saddest part is that our daily driver crapped out right after we got her, so she is the taxi now, which means I have to work on her when i get a window in scheduling. Stupid pre-1996 Isuzus, ruining my fun. I will be on here often and I am the dad-with-the-camera so expect photos. I am new to the forum thing so be patient with me please. Thanks
