Help! what is this unit under the dash?
 

I am trying to clean up the mess of wiring I have under the dash. Can you help me identify this orange unit right next to the security unit (keyless entry???) and Can I get rid of the stock security if im not using it? Its not integrated into my aftermarket system but there are 2 very thin wires tapping in to the blue and green wire on the stock unit, what might those be?

i'm pretty sure the little box by the security unit is the door locks module.

i'd keep the unit in tact, it weights what 1 lbs?. the 2 wires are probably the security disable so it won't go off.

Yup I cant take that out!! what about these wires they were not connected to anything up there. One has got to be the keyless but dont know which, and what the hell is the other?

were did my post go? Anyways why do u need more then 3 units? One mounts in the rear of the car and 2 mount up front. I'm confused.

The sunroof one mounts in the rear?? I have one unit installed and I plan to buy 2 other one for the rear windows and one for the sunroof. I didnt know u mounted the sunroof on in the rear where at exactly?

I ran the one to hide behind the rear seat.

U only need 1 unit per window. Unless you bought the wrong unit that only does half of what the one unit does.
