Pre-NALM meet in Asheville, May 17-19
 

The NALM ground crew will be meeting and planning the final details for NALM during the weekend of May 17-19. We'll be headquarted at the Creekside Lodge and will be doing some recon for the NALM meet in July. Anyone that would like to come and join us is welcome. See the main NALM thread for more detailed information about the lodge and itinerary. If you can't make it for the main NALM event or just want to have a fun, relaxing Legendary weekend, come join us.:thumbsup:

Okay I had heard from one of the ground crew members that you were thinking this would be around Memorial Day. Makes sense to go earlier as that area is likely to be packed during Memorial Day weekend. My family mentioned us going there during Memorial Day weekend and since last year I didn't go with them I likely will this year. I won't have a Legend regardless. :(

Most likely in but i have to make sure the kids don't have softball or baseball games

If my '93 gets out of the paint booth in time, I'll come out Friday night and stay thru Saturday afternoon...but I can't promise, we're getting really busy these days.

Your car is going to be in the paint booth for the next 43 days? I bet it will be something to behold.

Let me see if I can come up with a few excuses.

1. I have the wrong fuel pressure regulator on my car. If I get it changed, I'll be there.

2. I spilled coffee on the itch passenger seat last week. If I get it cleaned up with the upholstery machine, I'll be there.

3. I have the OEM wheels on the car. If I'm able to replace them with my GS wheel set up, I'll be there.

4. I have two shitty caps for my GS wheels. If ?i get two replacements, I'll be there.

5. Tint on the driver's door is peeling back. This was put on at the first ever Legend meet I was ever at. Got to get it replaced or i won't be able to see out of the left mirror.

6. If the customized lettering is installed on my Telion strut bar, I will make it.

7. If I have my GS automatic shifter installed before this mini-meet, I will be there.

8. If the price for premium gas is under $3.25 a gallon, I'll fire up the Old War Horse and make the 156 mile trip.

9. If I win the Mega Millions lottery, I'll be there with my NSX that I haven't bought yet.

10. Enough with the shallow and made up excuses; my wife will be in Minnesota, I'll need a break from partnership tax returns, and the cat sitter will only cost me $60.

Light bulb in ashtray is being finicky again and needs some TLC. I'll get it back up to working order before May 17th.
