Obviously something to do with the extension shaft but I still dont know what since I havent opened it up, any ideas or experience with this problem?

Looks like the input was spinning to me. You should describe what you're showing us in the video. Explain the sound, also.

The input was not spining, its just a shity camera only at the very end where it finally caught it spun a little bit, the noise you hear is not normal.

sound is something like splines not correctly lined up inside iono blown gear or something

That blows. Pull it apart and have a look. I need to crack one open, myself. SR5 might be getting close to opening his 6MT. He's supposed to provide pics. Bug him. :)
