Wipers stuck at attention...
They're stuck at the up position. Fuses are good, both inside and outside boxes, and the sunroof is also out. I'm thinking something in the dashboard at this point. Any ideas? I want to fix this one...

This sounds like a bunch of BS... I've never heard of electrical current damaging machined metal surfaces on a car in this way. In my experience, axles and CV joints are usually damaged by torn axle...

My car does not like cold weather!
