If my memory serves me correct, the gen 2 Integra and 99-00 Civic Si rear brake calipers are a similar design. They have a huge X-channel in them that you can fit a big flat head screw driver into.

Is it off after you have been driving for a while or while you are just sitting still? Those temp sensors are really only accurate after driving for a bit, they tend to heat soak in the sun.
