Default power seat died? details inside...

The other day I went to adjust my seat back to the normal position when it just stopped moving... nothing works at all not even the back support, not forward, reverse or up/down. It does make a click like a relay or something from under the seat when I try to move it, but that is it. And when I press a memory button it beeps like 10 times and still doesn't move. I was going to just take the seat out and have a look but it is back too far over the rear bolts making it very difficult the remove them.
