Your brake fluid is low.

when the brake fluid gets too low that light comes on. there's a sensor on the reservoir cap. turning fast = brake fluid sloshes around and triggers the light.

Slow down, there! Check your pads first. Worn pads lower the fluid level in the reservoir. If your pads are not worn and your fluid level keeps dropping, you have a leak and it needs to be fixed immediately.

Check your fluid level. Mine will do that as well when the level in the reservoir lowers from pad wear. I have no leaks and just top it off. The fun really begins when replacing old pads as I'll have more fluid then the system can hold. I have to remember to place towels around the reservoir to catch the mess.

Also , have you been using your handbrake a lot? Are you sure your handbrake light is not coming on? If your hand brake is VERY LOOSE it can randomly trigger the light

That's the same light, but it is another possibility for the OP to check. Low brake fluid and an engaged parking brake will both illuminate the BRAKE light (second from the right on the top row). If the car is driven with the parking brake engaged it will then also illuminate the ABS light.
