				  | Some Assistance: Peanut Butter Sludge in Oil

I recently put in two quarts of oil and noticed a sludge on the oil cap with the consistency and color of creamy smooth Peanut Butter. Now I figure it is some kind of sludge and read some cryptic post, elsewhere about condensation, but I mean, exactly what is that about: I have the 5.4 V8 Ford Engine (Expedition) - I know some of you guys own Ford trucks, can you give me a heads up as to how bad this is or if it is just a thing that happens to Fords. Also, is there something I can put in to clean it or would a typical oil change deal with it? Thanks.
