I don't get it they say rock gasket but also says fel-pro with part #...wtf

Rock sells their shit for cheap, so they don't give a damn if you know its a fel-pro.

I acutally bought a waterpump from them not too long ago and it turned out to be OEM. I was ecstatic.

So if I were to buy a headgasket set from them, there is chance that it won't be fel-pro as well?

yes there is a chance, but seeing as there aren't too many other quality hg sets going around I'd say you have a good chance of getting fel-pro or oem.
