Roger, looks good at a good price. I'm off and on looking for a 2006 6MT TL myself. I've found several around with <40K, but for a good bit more $$. Advantages of the '06 model include updated programming to almost eliminate torque steer and bluetooth standard.

It seems like a nice car and a decent price, although it does have 72K on it.

72K miles on a 4-year-old TL isn't high? If the price is right, which it seems to be, I'd probably get it. However, with that many miles, the higher cost maintenance items aren't too far off.
