I posted on here a couple days ago excited about my new purchase. Of course it was a matter of time before shit hit the fan...

People come in flaming left and right about how shitty Jeep's are blah, blah, blah. Why is there so much immaturity and lack of respect on this forum? I mean there have been several people who have bought different cars after their Legends that I couldn't care less for yet I still show a bit of courtesy by saying, "Congrats, nice car!" If you don't like the car don't bother posting.

I honestly don't care what someone across the country thinks about my purchase. Like I stated in my thread, "I am happy with MY purchase" I didn't purchase a Jeep Commander to attempt to fill your needs.

I have never called someone out but once again Alex jumps in a thread shitting all over it. I know you weren't the only one to show no respect but you just stick out for some reason. Dude, get over yourself. I think you posted in that thread more than I did. Get a life and spend more time correcting your driving habits instead of wrecking one car after another.

You have no place coming into my thread by telling me I bought a shitty car. I'm pretty sure you driving one jalopy Legend after another, dumping stupid amounts of cash into them and only for them to be totaled looks real smart.

If I thought you had the least bit of credibility I might consider your advice but seeing how that you're just another pathetic idiot with hopes and dreams of building an "uber sweet Legend race car" I honestly can't take you serious. I'll take my chances getting pointers from a Chimpanzee. Trust me, I tried seeing things from your point of view but I honestly can't get my head far enough up my own ass.

Oh and don't compare your old riced out Durango to my Commander. I saw what an atrocity that poor thing was. You should have totaled that one and put it out of its misery.

i see the thread crapping being a problem... but i really didn't think there was that much flaming going on. most people like me said we don't like Jeep's cuz of reasons x, y, and z but we're glad you are happy with your purchase.

everybody has opinions and it's the general opinion of this forum that Jeep's suck compared to Acura's and i agree with that view. i guess you would have had to tell us not to give opinions or negative feedback to prevent that.

I am honestly not offended by it. This post was more of a way of pointing out the amount of thread crapping that goes on. I mean I know its the internet so nothing is safe. haha

Just kind of struck me wrong that there were 100 or so replies and 95% of the post were crap or flaming. I know other forum members get sick of it to. I guess I am just making a point of it.

Come on guys, lets be nice. I did one of these hgeez: , and left it at that, which was probably too much as it is. Some people have different tastes in cars. One of my friends had a formula trans am (LT1), and his tastes (in my eyes) dropped dramatically when he bought a jeep, then an FJ cruiser, and now a shitty Nissan pickup truck. The thing is: He liked each one.

Chapman, by posting a thread about ditching your Legend for a jeep, you somewhat invited negative comments. Some were out of hand, but if you expected "good job selling the car we all love for a chrysler", you were obviously mistaken. Good luck with the Jeep, and try to ignore the inevitable negative comments.
