Default To change the oil pump or not?

Okay so I got 290K on the odometer and I'm kinda wrestling with if I should change my oil pump or not.

I'm planning to do a timing belt and to replace the oil pan gaskets and the figure 8 gasket. The only problem is I don't have the time or place to lay up my legend for 2-3 days in order to do it all at once atm. I can however do each job separately and still drive it home the same day. If I decide to do the oil pump I would have to combine the 2 jobs essentially and that would cause me to basically wait to have them done till I could borrow a car for a few days while I did the work.

Do the oil pumps on these cars last 400K? I have the oil pump already from partsgeek but it's an aftermarket one, returning it is not a problem. I am planning to do an oil change and coolant flush soon, so I would like to get the oil pan gasket and figure 8 gasket done at the same time. Then do the timing belt and water pump shortly after.

Think I would be okay to leave the oil pump in for another timing belt change interval at 300K?

EDIT: I should not I'm planning to swap to full synethic 10w-40 at this oil change.

Did my sump gasket at half the milage of yours, and while in there did all the oil pump suction O-rings, and every other one I could find. Reason was they were all solid and crisp. Just age. Even removed the bearing cap cover plate, which was torqued down. Every thing was so grubby that I couldn't bring myself to just close it up again. Cleaned all the bits and pieces spotless with some vicious oven cleaning spray; (less dung for that lovely clean oil to become invoved with).

Can't remember if I used a bottom end kit or used nearest standard metric O-rings. (0.5mm increments) These links give the Honda sizes.

I left the oil pump itself, and can't comment on the longevity of it.
The job took some time, but the pleasingness was noteworthy.

You may choose to leave well enough alone, especially with your time constraints.

Yeah the outside is very grimmey so I know I'm gonna do some cleaning which is why I wanna break the job up into 2 parts as well. My valve cover didn't inspire confidence that the bottom end is any better so. What I might do is do the timing belt and oil pump and jus deal with the leak for a bit till I can replace the oil pan gasket.

EDIT: Think I'm just gonna start really early in the morning and go till the job is done basically, just remember I have to do all the cam caps too so there is a bunch of stuff I gotta do while the timing belt is off.

To remove the oil pump the timing belt and oil pan have to come off and also the exhaust has to be disconnected from the manifolds. It will be a lot better
to do it all at once.

The oil pump should be disassembled and the gears checked, but usually there is not much wear.

I'm at 310k miles with the original oil pump, on an engine that is no stranger to the redline.
