Most people that do an All Motor build would add ITB's and a significant port and polish. That would be great and all but is more uncharted, expensive territory. Perhaps the NSX ITB's would fit? If I were to do this type of build, I would start out with a P&P and use a type II intake manifold. I think the type II IM may work.

Re-sleeving for the NSX block is around the 1500.00, and the NSX TB I know fits the G1 intake manifold it might fit the G2.
