I'm down for any type of food basically. But preferably a sit-down restaurant rather than fast food. I think the best place in downtown for photoshoot would probably the AAC or someone else know of highrise parking garage? It would be cool to have the downtown skyline in the background from a high rise garage.

Also, what's the name of your restaurant and the address?

My bad, although I did write that at 4:00AM!... The Blue Fish Japanese Restaurant, 18149 Dallas Pkwy, Dallas, TX, 75287. It's on the SW corner of Frankford/Tollway.

Chaka, the meeting place is only 10-15 min or so from the Garland area!

I like the idea of having the Dallas skyline in the background. Let me see if anyone knows of a good parking garage...

Thanks for the address Sam! I do have warpdrive on "the BEAST" but with 'Bama plates I'd likely need to keep it at low impulse speeds only! I may swing by there on the way in on Saturday evening just to get an idea. Since I'm driving the passengers will just have to sit back and enjoy the scenery on Saturday anyway. I like the downtown area photoshoot sound and the AAC being a good place but hey I'm not a Texan so what do I know!

My phone tells me the restaurant is 631 miles from where I'm currently sitting per its map! My phone's GPS claims its 646 miles or 10 hours 24 minutes away at my current speed of typing! Gotta love technology and its "differences"!

YES! The top floor of the AAC parking garage has an awesome view of downtown. I've done a meet there before.

I just looked up events at AAC and it doesnt look like anything is going on this Sunday!
So let's do that! Jeff, did you run into to any problems while doing your meet in the parking garage? Security guards, gates or anything? I'm wondering if I should contact AAC for permission?...

Also, I finally heard back from my friend... He said we can use the parking lot of his shop on Sunday. I know I set the original meet at my restaurant, but I honestly would rather not be near there on my only day off. Still, if anyone has a problem changing plans then I don't mind keeping it where I said.

Sam, if nothing is going on Sunday it shouldn't be a problem at AAC parking garage. I've never had a problem. My buddy lives directly behind it.

One time we had some issues, but somebody moved a few barricades and we were able to slide right on up to the AAC rooftop.
