Default 2 Ohm Aftermarket Speaker

Hey guys, as stated in a previous post, I'm pretty much a newb when it comes to car audio. I have a bone stock Bose system in my LS and just noticed that nothing is coming out of my driver's side speaker. I measured the resistance at the speaker terminals and get nothing. It seems that direct replacements are difficult to come by and expensive.

I have no problem buying aftermarket speakers as I love my stock headunit! I found these:

http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...ce-6032cf.html

They claim to be 2 ohms but I want to make sure with you guys that they will work. Making modifications to mount them isn't a problem, nor the wiring. I just don't want to replace my whole system.

Thanks guys!

This speaker is a direct fit replacement for the front speaker. I use it as a part of my set up.They are cheap and sound good.

OEM Bose speakers are still available, although a bit expensive. They were $45 each last time I called and ordered them directly from Bose.

Infinity Kappas were long popular as they too are 2ohm. I suspect these Infinity References would fine.
