I had taken apart the cover for the sterring column to replace the ingition switch and now i have a clicking/rubbing noise when i turn the wheel either diraction.Would removeing the cover and reinstalling it help or did i just fuck it up some how?

It sounds like a wire was not tucked in properly during reassembly...

K ill check it tomorrow.Also i get a system check light and my info center says to check engine oil level.But its full how hard is it to replace that sensor and where can i get one?

I believe the sensor is inside the oil pan.

Nope, there's basically 2 grounds in the engine bay, the one you just explained, and the other one that goes to the tranny.
